Subscriptions, cancellation, and workspace data

Manage separate payment, provider, and workspace controls.

Plans and payment

Monthly USD plans are Business $49, Growth $149, and Agency $299, with workspace and Google Ads account limits of 1, 10, and 100 respectively. Annual billing saves 30%: Business $411.60/year, Growth $1,251.60/year, and Agency $2,511.60/year. Annual totals are billed together.

New subscribers pay $1 for a 7-day trial. The chosen monthly or annual subscription renews after 7 days unless canceled beforehand. There is no ongoing free plan. Advertising spend and AI provider charges are separate. Review the actual Stripe Checkout terms before paying. Entryway verifies the paid invoice before granting trial access.

Settings → Usage & billing shows setup readiness and test/live mode. Test mode does not charge real money. Subscription access follows server-verified Stripe state; a return from Checkout alone is not payment proof.

When available, use Manage billing to update payment details, review invoices, or cancel according to the portal’s displayed terms. A failed or pending invoice can block paid ad changes. Tax collection is not implied by a listed plan price.

Start with three short personalization questions, explore an interactive workflow preview, and choose your plan. After verified checkout, connect Google Ads and select the advertiser in a searchable account picker. Continue through the starter-kit preview, configure your own AI provider, and finish business setup. The starter kit and invitations are forthcoming; this preview sends no emails.

Pause, export, recover, or leave

Health & recovery provides workspace stop controls, private account recovery copies, configuration export, empty-workspace configuration restore, incident records, and offboarding. Read each action’s displayed scope before proceeding.

Account recovery copies capture the named Google Search configuration queries in resumable private pages and expire after 30 days. Download a copy, compare it against the same connected account, or delete it. Supported recovery drafts restore existing campaign names/status and ad-group status through ordinary review; other settings require manual recovery. The displayed manifest lists partial and excluded coverage. A copy is observed over a capture interval rather than an atomic Google backup. A configuration backup is not a full backup of reports, measurement evidence, outcome records, credentials, or infrastructure. Restoring configuration does not restore Google authority, credentials, or approvals.

Deleting local workspace data is distinct from cancelling a Stripe subscription, revoking Google access, deleting provider-side data, or pausing live ads. Resolve pending subscriptions and uncertain ad operations before offboarding.
