Account canvas and Draft studio
The account canvas shows the loaded Google hierarchy and scoped reports. Check the selected account, date range, fetch time, and coverage; loaded inventory can be partial. A pinned report keeps its own scope. Demo comparisons are illustrative.
Draft studio lets you prepare a Search campaign structure, ad groups, keywords, copy, destinations, assets, and locations. Save and validate the draft before preparing a reviewed launch. New campaign proposals are constructed paused. Enabling serving is a separate change.
Natural-language requests today
Supported command phrases can navigate, request reports, and start bounded draft/copy workflows. Copy generation can use the selected AI model and confirmed business evidence.
In a saved campaign draft, choose Restructure to request supported structure edits. The planner prepares a proposal in the background using your configured text provider. Review its changes and limitations, then save or reject it. You can close the browser while it prepares; proposals expire after seven days. If the draft changes, request a new proposal against the current version.
Restructuring supports renaming, new groups, moving existing ads/keywords, and keyword match types. Changes to the master can affect linked instances; editing one linked instance detaches its draft first. The planner does not delete campaigns, set budgets, enable serving, or call an advertising API. Unsupported requests need clarification. Motion in the interface follows a supported operation; animation does not prove a remote change.
Review a proposed change
Read the exact advertiser, resources, before/after values, budget/currency, business context, validation, and expiry. An approval is tied to that saved payload. Changed context or expired approval requires a fresh review.
Implemented Search adapters include bounded campaign status/name, ad group status and unshared budget updates, paused Search launches, ad-group/keyword creation, campaign negatives, responsive Search ad proposals, and eligible launch assets. Broader Google API catalogue entries are not a promise that every action or field is executable.
The limited rollout supports reviewed campaign-status changes on explicitly enabled accounts. A successful provider receipt still requires independent readback before Entryway reports the change as verified. Other advertising operations remain subject to their separate release restrictions.
When an operation is uncertain
A timeout can happen after Google accepted a change. Do not submit a replacement merely because the first result is uncertain. Keep the saved attempt, reconcile it, and contact support if it cannot be resolved.
A workspace pause stops future Entryway dispatch; it does not retroactively pause campaigns already serving in Google.
